four things can come out of your penis: urine, precum, semen, and blood. urine comes out when you need to urinate or go to the bathroom. precum comes out when you have just started to masturbate OR when you have gotten aroused. semen comes out when you have masturbated or are having sex (also wet dreams)---this and precum are the clear and sticky substances you were refering to...precum is actually more sticky and clear than semen but semen is what gets the job done so to speak...semen never stops producing in your body until you die and is what creates a baby: the only thing that could limit this is if u have a low sperm count. and if blood comes out: see a doctor quick!

urine and semen are the only two that should be coming out of that region. the clear sticky stuff is semen also. you're perfectly normal. in some men it's clear, others it's cloudy. it really just depends from person to person. don't worry, you're fine.

Only two ~ urine and semen. If it is clear, normally that starts just before you have a ejaculation and is normal and causes no problem. Anything else that comes out says you have a problem.
