That's a hard one, but over the years the Beatles's song that I still find myself singing and humming is Let It Be. For listening though I think that I like Yer Blues (on the White Album). How's that for a cop out? There are just too many great Beatles's song to pick just one!!! A better question might be what's your favorite Beatles's album? Revolver.

I'm not the first to say it, but I Am The Walrus is right up there, though it's hard to pin down just one. I like their later stuff in general, for the abstract nature of it.

that's way too hard, its almost just as hard to say "which album was the best"..
on a side note..
Imagine is the best song by one of them as individuals artist.
