I've got the basic game and was wondering if someone could tell me which expansion packs go with this game & what order. Also what other PC Warhammer games there are there, and again which expansion packs go with them.

They have recently released dawn of war: dark crusade which has 2 new factions ( tau & necrons) and the other expansion set is winter assault.
other warhammer games on pc are:

Congratulations on a fantastic choice of game (no, I don't work for the company - I'm just a fan)!
DoW has only 1 expansion-only pack - Winter Assault, where you get to play a campaign as either the forces of order (Imperial Guard and Eldar - an uneasy alliance) or disorder (Orks and Chaos - a VERY uneasy alliance).
The more recent game Dawn of War - Dark Crusade is both an expansion pack (to give you access to the new races) but can be used as a stand-alone game. Dark Crusade give access to 2 more new races (the Tau and the Necrons) and you battle over a turn-based campaign map.

Instead of buying the expansions separately, see if you can get the Anthology (Contains Dawn of War, Winter Assault, and Dark Crusade)... I picked this up from my local Game for £30, which worked out as £10 cheaper (expansions were £19.99 each, Anthology was £29.99).
Sure you get another copy of Dawn of War, but if its cheaper, its cheaper...

The expansions are Winter Assault and Dark Crusade, released in that order.

It relies upon on the way you purchase it. it should be the standalone replica, or you need to purchase the "finished %." that incorporates Retribution, Chaos increasing and the bottom sport. It became an identical with Chaos increasing; you need to purchase it by itself, or the "Gold version" that blanketed Chaos increasing and the bottom DoW II.
