1) For Sootpolis gym you'll need the HM dive, there will be a circular patch of water after Lilycove dive and head to the south of it and there will be an hole in the rocks. Head through there and come to the surface.

2) For the HM Waterfall-You get in the Cave of Orgin in Sootpolis gym.

In Order To Get To The Sootopolis Gym You Need To Go From Either Lilycove Or Mossdeep Surfing and Dive When You Get To The Dark Area Around Sootopolis Which Is A Dark Square Area Where You Dive To Get To Sootopolis, If You Are Having Difficulty Getting In The Gym Cause A Guy Is Blocking The Way, Then You Need To Go To The Cave Of Origin In Sootopolis City And Stop Team Aqua And Magma Then You Go Through All The Talking And Once That's Done, You Will Be Able To Get Inside The Gym, Then After To Get The Waterfall HM You Need To Defeat The Gym Leader Of Sootopolis

To get in to the Sootopolis City Gym you have to get dive. You will find a opening underwater cave. Use dive to go back up and you will be in Sootopolis City. However you can not go to the gym at first. You need to go to the Cave of Origin in Sootopolis City. There you will find Kyogre at level 40. Once you finish that you can go to the gym. To get to the gym leader you need to get through a couple of mazes.

no they cant evolve interior the daycare. if a pokemon reaches the point or is going above the point that is going to evolve on and that is interior the daycare centre, only take it out and element it up a million element, then that is going to evolve. wish i helped
