It's kind of cold for a skirt, should I wear dressy slacks or cords?

Seatte is actually pretty casual. Not as dressy as New York for example. I think dressy slacks are very appropriate and will keep you warm in today's cool and rainy (it's raining right now at my house in Bellevue) weather. Enjoy the show, it's wonderful.

It's the ballet, so wear the dressy slacks and a nice top. You'll probably see some people there that are really dressed up, but I always just dress kind of business casual to go to the arts, and that always works out fine.

If it's this afternoon, go dressy casual. A pair of slacks or jeans and a dressy top. Wear dressy shoes.
If it is at night, wear dressy pants(since it's too cold for a skirt or dress) and a dressy top. Wear dressy shoes.
If you've got a pair of sparkly jeans or sparkly sequined top, THAT would be perfect.

I would dress in a nice pair of black slacks, and a nice sweater and some cute shoes.
Its dressy casual.
Its better to be a little overdressed than underdressed.

a longish bilowy skirt maybe pink or off white? with a long sleeve shirt (prefebly thermal i didnt spell that right) with some cute bangle braclets and flats maybe a little jacket with some sequins
