Buttery Spritz cookies, made with a cookie press. They usually have colored sugar or chopped nuts on top. I once made Springerle cookies that have to sit overnight before you bake them. They turned out so hard, my kids called them "Mom''s Hockey Puck Cookies." Never tried those again!
