I rented 'The Sims' for PS2 and it wont load so im gonna bring it back to BLOCKBUSTER. Will they refund it or like, let me exchange it and also do i need to bring my receipt or somehow proove that it doesnt work

Nate K is right on the spot with this answer. i used to work at blockbuster. just bring your member card or your recepit and they will do a swap for the same game if they have another copy. if not they will let you pick out another game. if you dont want another game they will try to give you store credit. if you dont want store credit they/you will fill out a refund form so you can get your money back if you paid cash or credit if it was on a card.

They will let you get another one for free ( rent )
Just bring in your member card and they will pull up your videos and games rented....
They will test it on there on time they will just issue you a free rental ( free rental of Sims )
