Someone tell me this song?

It's more of an underground band, I'm assuming. I've searched and haven't had any luck: but basically, it's a sort of techno-ish song about the Candyman. The lyrics are something to the effect of, "You look in the mirror, say his name five times" or something. Someone please tell me what it is, I've searched to the point where it's getting sickening without any luck. Thanks.
