I think using the word alien for describe a person is a foolish idea, aliens are beings from outer space, so humans are not aliens, regardless, if they are, then that means american troops in iraq are alien invaders, you roach

The illegals didn't go through the agreed process of a country to allow them entrance into such country for school, work, or political and or religious protection. Some Aliens have gone through and waited for the agreed process up to 7 yrs or longer, if I am not mistaken.

I assume you mean people & not Sci-Fi. Legal aliens have gone through the paper process and are here on a student visa, a work visa, etc. Illegal aliens just crossed the border (ocean, etc).
