What's a "nlcex-pn"? Mind explaining...

I don't think there is such a website. Unless you mean test your nclex-pn knowledge...then you can go to kaplan.com. They are the ones who put out all the media on nclex exams. As far as challenging the exam and just getting your PN, there isn't a way. You have to take your NCLEX-PN exams in order to be able to apply for licensure.
