the new i gig ipod. its like 70$

I chose the Philips GoGear because it was inexpensive. It doesn't have much room on it (500 Meg) but it *does* have an FM radio tuner and I haven't found another model that does. It cost about $70-$80.

The iPods all have attachments that let you broadcast over a car radio. I can't help you with those.

ipods are pretty compatible friendly
they have about every attachment available you could think of

there is this device u can connect to any ipod called "itrip"

its an fm transmitter that plays thru ur radio at whichever station you want

don't go for the archos brand! my friend had one and it blew up in blue smoke, lol! Whereas my 2nd hand ipod off ebay just keeps on going. To play in the car all you need is a cassette adaptor which is really cheap
