Very few gay men sound like girls, or have lisps. Most have voices exactly like any other men, with no recognisable traits that you would identify as 'gay'.
Some straight men have naturally high voices, or speech impediments - it has no link with their sexuality.

I'm slightly on the feminine side, and I haven't got a deep voice, but no-one's ever said I sound like a girl when I speak. I think you are believing outdated and ignorant stereotypes.

I listened to a speaker once. He lived a gay lifesyle from his teens into adulthood. Now he's straight and is married with a daughter. Today he still sounds like a woman. He explained that as a toddler and young boy, most of his influences were female. There is a time when you are young that your brain is like wet cement and it picks up the tone and accents around you. At a certain age....possibly 8 to 10 years when the cement hardens and your tone and accent is permanent. Sort of like how a person in the UK isn't born with an accent. They pick up the accent as they get older.

Just like butch lesbians sound like men. There is gay men who are like straight men, and "femme lesbians" are like the ordinary girl, but just prefer other girls! Sometimes a guy can "sound" like a girl due to being interested in girly things, or due to a hormonal imbalance - OBVIOUSLY having more estrogen then testosterone.

It's a matter of cultural linguistics. I know gay guys who in a professional setting sound just a macho as the next guy, but once in a social setting with friends, speak in a more camp manner.

i comprehend a gaggle of gay adult men who avidly ward off any show of effeminate habit or speech. that style of stuff drives them up the wall. they're as masculine as Tom Selleck. just about all and sundry selections their chins off the floor whilst they're advised those particular co-workers are gay. no longer each gay guy looks like Ru Paul.
