I love the temptations and have every record. I also love the undisputed truth, sly & the family stone. Marvin Gaye, Marvelettes. As a white male people always ask me why of all you like motown. I respond how can't you like Motown. Even though he isn't Motown I think. I love that song by Al Wilson called show and tell.

I love Motown!! People laugh at me becuase I have such a large range of taste in music. From Motown's Diana Ross and the Supremes, Marvin Gaye, etc. to Hard Rock's Metallica, Ozzie, Black Sabbath, etc..
It picks me up, I enjoy it and that's what music is all about.

My daughter loves Jackson 5. When she was 2, she heard a J5 song on the radio and went crazy! She was thrilled to hear kids singing on the radio. I got her a J5 cd and she loved it. Later, I got her a Motown Christmas cd and she still listens to it all year. She's 13.

I love motown and classic soul. I do like country too.. When it comes to music where I am, I am usually the oddball. Everyone around me likes hip hop and rap..
