MEET HIS FATHER AND ADVISE HIM TO WAIT FOR TWO YEARS.

I ask the people to wait till they are about 25, 18 is legal but far from mature.

I this case I make a big concession and talk to her father and say that you will get engaged to be married but both need to study and study hard to build a good future see if he is flexible.

If not, she need a lawyer no one, can get her married, against her wish.

If she tell the boys that she meets through her father and informs them they, will say no and she is of the hook. she can inform the match makers the same thing.

I don't think you are financially independent. So marriage at this moment is out of question. You can at best meet her father and try to convince him to keep her marriage on hold for a few years, till you start earning. Also tell him that at 18, thugh she is of marriageable age, in present days girls don't marry that early. She can at least complete her graduation. It all depends on how successful you are in putting your point across and convincing her father. Best of luck all the same.

Don't worry about the age difference. I found my first and current girlfriend at 18, and she was 21. We've been together happily for two years now!

Also, if you're not thinking about marriage at the moment, don't worry about her father not supporting the relationship yet. (If you are, I think you're both a little young =P).

So her father wants her to get married to another person? If that is the case I would hope that she would be able to marry whomever she loves . Also when she is ready to marry . Hang in there and just be supportive of her . Dont pressure her because that will only make it worse !

It's called puberty for a reason. However, I do agree that some people go over the edge. Also, I'm sure guys fantasize about female celebrities, like the 2nd answerer said.

In my country you are both of legal age to do what you want but I would at least try talking with her father if you cant agree then at least you were a man and did the right thing trying .goodluck.

I dont get it. Does her father want her to get married with someone else or something? If that's the problem she is a big girl now, she can decide what to do with her life, if she loves you she'll be with you, and will reject the other proposals.

Think about what you are doing before you do it if you think you are ready to get marred then by allmeans do it.
Are you sure you want to spend the rest of your life with this person.
your still to young to deside and if you want to saty with her ok talk to her dad tell him whats the rush try talking to him the both of you.

her father might disagree but who cares?. if you have a dream then go for it, dont let anyone stand in your way. if you both love eachother then thats all that matters. go to her fathers and tell him that you love her and she means everything to you
