What exactly do you mean by 'characters'?
or should the question be 'what kind of a character would post such a question?' lol
jokes apart - if you mean personality by character, its a belief that blue eyed people are flirts...but there's no scientific backing to prove this...
so i hope I've understood your question correctly....I dont recommend face reading as a way to judge character personally - looks can be deceptive....
