Oh yeah, I talk to it every morning:
ME: Hi, Rocky. How are you today?
Rock:
ME: Would you like some breakfast?
Rock:
ME: How about we go to the store today? Come on....Jeez, you've gain a bit of weight.
Rock:
ME: You look a bit gray too. Are you okay?
Rock:
ME: Hmm, maybe you should stay home today.
Rock:
ME: Okay, I'll call you at noon. If you don't answer, I'll asume that you've left the house.

I have a pet rock named stone, and i love talking to him because he doesn't talk back to me which is good.

i will place it subsequent to Lola, our lazy parrot. She's so lazy that she would not communicate if no one is touching her or giving her interest. She talks to the telephone while it rings... as properly lazy, she's soooo ineffective, that thinks people are merely for Her. A puppy rock like which could clean up this drama in our domicile.

Only when he initiates the conversation. I don't like talking to him much, he's rather dull. Just wants to talk geology all the time.
