We live in a mobile home with a metal room attached that has a metal roof, the ceiling started leaking, so my husband took down the old ceiling and put a new metal roof on the room. He left the old metal on the roof , put insulation on top and then put new metal roofing on top of the insulation. Now the inside of the room sweats {we have not put in a new ceiling yet} it drips almost constantly. expecially when it is cold and the warm sun hits the roof. We need to put up a ceiling, but we cant't because the ceiling tile will just get wet and ruin. What can we do to stop the roof {ceiling} from sweating and getting everything in the room wet? Can anyone help us with this problem?

The insulation needs to be inside the old roof, not between them.

That's very true.I too criticized a lot but I was then unaware that it's a worldwide phenomenon as you said.A few days ago,the roof of a building of UN collapsed while S.M.Krishna has been delivering a speech. How many of you know this? Exactly, the global media is biased.Australian media is the one that criticised the Delhi CWG arrangements the most and what say,it's the same which stands astonished at the settings now.Everyone, including me went behind the drawbacks,we didn't take time to see the marvellous stadiums there. They are made eco-friendly.The tennis court can be changed from single to double by pressing a switch, and just within 5 minutes, the court will be ready. No need of manual labour. The seating arrangements too are wonderful. All those national teams who criticised unceasingly, are now praising each and everything in Games Village.Really India is great. If corruption too had not been there, where would have been India now?

The moisture from the home is attracted to the metal. cooking , showering ect. causes the moisture and can not escape. You should insulate above the new ceiling also because the metal will still attract some moisture with the ceiling installed and the insulation will hold it from damaging the new ceiling..
