The debate on whether or not a woman can get pregnant during her period has been going on for decades now. Just like every woman is different, so are her hormonal balances and hence her menstrual cycle. Though there are generalities on which some ground basics of menstruation and pregnancy can be formed, but eventually it all boils down to individual physiology. So, yes, you can get pregnant during your periods.
There is a definite chance that any woman can get pregnant during her periods. Though the chances of pregnancy during periods are usually low during periods, they exist for all women. During periods, the chances of pregnancy are comparatively lower at the onset of a woman's period and increase just after her periods. The truth is that there is no predictable time during the month when the risk of pregnancy can be said to be absent.

No - in fact you're probably at your least likely. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use contraception, though!! Stranger things have happened, and if you don't want a baby, you need to ensure that you use contraception every single time you have intercourse.
Women's menstrual cycles are counted in days, with Day 1 being the first day of your monthly period. On average, women ovulated (release an egg) around about day 14. The few days around this time is the most likely time for getting pregnant, as you can't conceive before the egg is released, and if it isn't fertilised, it only lives a few days. In about another 14 days, the next period starts, and you're back to day one.

Oh yeah,! Sorry besides the shown fact that it relatively is genuine. it relatively is in straightforward terms a fantasy which you would be able to no longer get pregnant in case you have intercourse while you have your era. you will possibly desire to get an OTC being pregnant attempt. If beneficial bypass SEE A DR. If adverse wait a week and take yet another just to determine (they're very precise these days). additionally, there is not any such factor as a classic era cycle. in the experience that your classes are consistently easy, you experience sick and have cramps then it would be a classic era cycle for you. you should be feeling sick for extremely some distinctive reasons such as emotional. possibly when you consider which you know your pills have not kicked in yet you're paranoid which you will possibly be pregnant. it relatively is enought to make some human beings woozy. in basic terms take the being pregnant attempt AND bypass see the DR. to rule out the rest. stable success!

Some women, especially younger ones sometimes ovulate earlier in their cycle than the normal. I know girls who thought they could plan their sex lives around the dates and ended up pregnant. It is still possible. Nothing is impossible! Until you know exactly when you ovulate month to month it is not a good idea. And you can still get STD's and STI's while on your period. And it is never a good idea to trust because your man may be faithful, but his last girlfriend could have been cheated on or cheated on him, and could unknowningly pass something along.

No, but you CAN GET PREGNANT during your period. It's uncommon and rare but it can happen. For conception to occur, a sperm must meet and egg...some women ovulate at different times every month, others ovulate twice in a month. Sperm can live up to 5 days in the vagina.

Not at all. Why would you want to have sex during your period. My husband would not even go near there at that time of the month. I wouldnt let him either. Anyway, it takes about 28 days for your body to release the egg. If at about 10-14 days it has not met any sperm, it carried on until you have your period. If you have sex during your period, your body is getting eady to release the next egg, then another 2 weeks before it can be 'fertilised'. Anyway, the answer in NO.

no, you aren't. your highest chance of getting pregnant is about two weeks after the first day of your period, right in the middle of your cycle. but...you CAN get pregnant during your period. if you don't use any kind of birth control you have a chance every time you have sex.

no...i don't think you can get pregnant during your period. i also was told that there's a good chance of getting pregnant if you have sex 14 days before you start your period. but having sex right after your period ended...there's a lesser chance of getting pregnant

no, it's actually less likely to get pregnant during your period....the blood etc. tents to flush out the sperm.....
and about the 14 day before/after period that is true.
you ovulate 14 days after/before your period....for my 14 days before and 14 days after are the same day because of birth control pills....
