Vibrations when hitting with an aluminum bat kills my hands and makes me wear batting gloves, to hopefully dampen the vibrations, but are ineffective and makes me feel uncomfortable when hitting.

If I put cork in the barrel of the handle it should help.

You don't Joseph.Cork in a bat is not to dampen vibration in the handle, but to create more rebound, much like the head on a driver in a set of golf clubs. This rebound creates more distance off the bat.If you are having vibration with an aluminum bat, even though you are wearing gloves, something else is the problem. Those problems could be anything from cold weather, slow bat speed and not making good contact with the ball..You should regrip your bat, this is more likely to help than cork.Plus, corking a bat is against the rules, you know.

Firstoff, there is no need to cork aluminum bats. Secondly, corking aluminum bats will reduce the "ping" the ball has off of the bat and reduce your hitting power. If you really want to cork an aluminum bat I'd say racquet balls, but you're not gonna be able to take a cap off a bat and then reuse the bat in a game- officials will check bats and then tell you you can't use it.

you may no longer cork the aluminum bat. What you're able to do to cut back down on vibrations is have a thicker tape on the cope with and thicker gloves. additionally with the help of swinging the completed way threw it will make one stable circulate and the vibrations won't final as long. with the help of corking it you will possibly desire to do away with the right and the bat heavily isn't the comparable. attempt a sparkling bat if that doesn't artwork.
