I would guess that Cheney claimed states secret privilege or national security. They will be in an untouchable archive for the next 50 years or so.
I like the way Mickdot... talks about liberals making things up. The post above his contains a Republican fable about Clinton National Security chief Sandy Berger destroying documents from Bush 41.
