How many pieces of cheese....?

Question

how many pieces of cheese do you put on your grilled cheese sandwiches? Do you dip it in ketchup? What else do you do to a grilled cheese sandwich.

Consider getting a block of cheese and shredding it fresh; Between a quarter and half cup should be enough.
You can then blend your favorite cheeses; Colby & Vermont Cheddar are excellent!
And a fresh tomato slice with a dash of salt is far superior to ketchup!
