Is your hair naturally curly? Try getting a good shampoo and conditioner ~ I had success with TIGI bedhead brand/ self absorbed mega vitamin shampoo and conditioner. They also have a nice leave-in conditioner. Try getting a diffuser and blow- bend over and let your hair hang down and you can get more volume.
The pictures don't show very well, but it looks like you are wearing pretty dark eye make-up. Try going lighter and use a touch of a blush to brighten up
(Burt's Bees has a tinted moisturizer
Try a lip shimmer (again Burt's has some nice tints~ I like their line because they are more natural) to bring out your lips.
You are pretty, you just don't look very comfortable in the pictures- but again it may just be hard to see.
