go to tools, internet options, clear history and delete cookies

Whatever browser you are using go to the options and clear the "history" also delete cookies and clear the "cache"

In IE you can find these things under the TOOLS / internet options menu. In firefox they are under Tools/options.

If you are using Firefox for your browsing, just go to the Tools menu and then click on Clear Private Data.

Hey Jake- you still live with your parents? you didn't list an age... but everything you do is stored in a little folder that only your parents can gain access to. Everysite you ever visited is recorded and cannot be deleted. Start panicing now- cause when they get home you are in big trouble mister! Even if you delete history and cookies, there will be a record of it in the computer.... YOU CANNOT ERASE YOUR DIRTY DEEDS WITH A TOUCH OF A BUTTON. ;)

if you mean in the drop down menu then just highlight what you want to delete and hit delete on your keyboard.
