It's absolutly un-constitutional for any party to accept those kind of people. We can't just break down barriers whenever we feel like it. It's wrong. And Foley is now free to run in 2008 as a democrat.

No ,not at all! This just shows that they are willing to use anyone or anything to further their goals and when someone asks questions they are removed from party roles as fast as possible so all can claim they knew or know nothing about it!
