It all depends on the girls body type... I have nice legs (so I've heard) so it's more attractive when I wear skirts... I dont usually wear dresses unless its a special occasion... and there are only certain jeans that can be attractive.... But I think skirts are more attractive for me to wear...

It depends on the occasion and the girl. Contrary to what you might see on Britney and Paris, shorter is not always better.
