I am a life long Rams fan but don't count out the Giants. They have had a lot of injury's on defense and Strahan and the boys are do to come back. The Bears have a dam good chance but the Giants are better when the D is healthy. A healthy and fully staffed D would have beat Dallas a second time. The NFC is just to wide open. It's any team I believe.

It looks like the Cowboys and the Bears will play in the NFC championship game for the right to go t the super bowl. I would favor the Cowboys because of their offensive edge, although the home field advantage of the Bears is a considerable one. If Lovie Smith continues to stick with Grossman and he bombs in the playoffs, this guy should be fired. Unlike Shanahan, who had to go to an untested rookie, Brian Griese is a proven NFL QB.

The Bears are overrated and it will show in the playoffs, they haven't played anyone so far, their division is the worst in the NFL,the only other team with a weak schedule like the Bears is Notre Dame who play all the arm forces every year

In my opinion, they "could" pull it off. Like everyone knows, Chicago's offense doesn't scare anyone, but the defense scares everyone. It reminds me of the "Super Bowl Ravens" of a few years past.

On a side note, I honestly think that the NY Giants will step up their game, win out, and take the NFC East.

A very inconsistent Offense, but great Defense. The D has stepped up when needed and pulled out some major games for them. This is a major plus but I dont think they will do it in the playoffs. If you have one bad game then its all over. Teams will jump all over them if they make mistakes, so Grossman will have to step it up. If the offense can show up and manage the game then they could go all the way.

If you added an Offensive threat to the Defense The Bears would be unstoppable...but without an offense no it will not be there year.

im not sure but them the cowboys and the chargers have the best chance. anytime you have a defense that not only stops yardage but gets interceptions returned to the whole gives you an oppurtunity every single sunday.

I hope so!!! But now we've lost Tommie Harris in addition to Mike Brown, and our offense is struggling. Things are starting to get a little scary! I remain optimistic though!

Brett Favre will beat them in week 17 and that will show all the flaws the D has and teams will exploite that in the playoffs
