Hi,friend yours is a sad situation.
Offcourse by all means you can be in love,but see she is still in
9th std and you are little mature than her,for time being get to know about her ,become best friend make her feel that you are
some one special and after some time even then if she still has same affection like a friend or whatever ,then at that time you can
reveal your feelings to her,but just now may not bring good results.Try convincing at that time how much u really care for her,
she would certainly come to understand you.
Take decisions in common sense,she is still not that much mature enough in thinking,thats what I feel so give her some time,and at a later period both of you could come to a perfect opinion rather now which are now only in imagination.
In the meanwhile you also try gaining a good job become independent and then along with it try winning her,then there will be no problems at all.
By all means you can win her provided she likes you see if you can be that.
Be a good supporting friend ,share views with her make her feel
that you regard her as special one ,just dont do speedily take time
go slowly...finally win is yours.
If possible try from her friend side also but see that if she good friend and not jealous one,I mean come to know more about her likes and dislikes and moving accordingly,but this is a risky one
bcz if anything goes wrong then your all efforts will go waste so beware/..
All the best apply common sense and dont take all peoples advice as best solutions ,just analyze how far others views are correct if its practicale that is possible then go otherwise refrain from them.

right now u need to be the brother for two reasons: One if she's calling you brother...then she feels like your sister. Ew. enough said. and Two: if she is four years younger than you, even if you do love her (and i mean the real honest to goodness love) than the best thing you can do for her is let her grow up a little. Give her a couple of years to mature, to become who she needs to be. That is the best thing you can do for her. If you decide to go ahead and try to be with her because of how YOU feel, your loving selfishly & you need to begin loving SELFLESSLY. get it?

You both are young, so cool it, think of it when you are 25, in the mean time be her friend and just enjoy the friendship.
If you do any thing else in most cases you end up in jail so be careful. See a lawyer.
