I just had my tea (comfort eating after Pondlife refused my proposal).

Was scraping the leftovers into the bin when my fork fell in there too.

There was no one around - or so I thought - so I figured, hey! We've got enough forks, I'll leave it there.

But as I walked away, my mum said ''I saw that Spit Me Beers'' (for that is my name) and made me pick it out.

I'm so ashamed

.

Where were you being deceitful? wasteful perhaps and lazy for sure, but don't dog yourself down too far! We are all guilty for a spoon or fork at some point in our life.
I think the disappointment of having your proposal turned down encouraged you to forfeit that fork. In your psyche it said 'now you throw some thing of value away' seeking some control over the disappointment. Does that make any sense to you?

Dear Spit,

I didnt say "no" I just honestly told you that I might have a previous booking for another gig. Ho Fat will NOT talk to me and I have to go through her agent ( the farmer ) so everything is taking a bit of time. My lawyers are also looking at my contract with Ho Fat for an out clause.

I dont think you are lazy and deceitful so dont be ashamed. Did I mention what a fine pair of lungs you have ?

Back to you tomorrow

I have some forks that are really special to me, from when my dad was in the navy, and I would hate it if anyone did that to one of them. I am very sentimental....

but i have done that myself with just the regular ones we used to have ( used to have meaning they are at the dump, because I did not go into the garbage to get it out)

smile
good luck

weve all done it dear, accidently dropped the fork in the trash, look in the trash and have a quick thought of is it worth digging in their for that fork, or do i just let it go??? and of course we let it go, didnt phase me a bit, but if i had expensive silverware i might be a little ticked lol i have seen my spoons outside used to dig holes for my kids, you only live once, dont let little stuff like that get to ya live and enjoy and take things more lightly
