Tease your hair way up and spray it - like the 80's or the 60's.
Wear black tights and a mini skirt and pale makeup with lots of eye makeup (like the 60's)
You can also go as a Hippy - go to a thrift shop or Goodwill and get something wild - long straight hair and put strange stuff around your neck. Carry a fake flower and be a Flower Child.
