It cracks me up to see some of the comments and wild assumptions people make based on what seems to be hatred for one man. They ignore their senses and go on wild flights of fantasy rather than submit to the idea that usually, the simplest answer is usually the best or most correct answer.
Paranoid? I don't think so. NSA projections recently indicated that fully 90% od the Mosques located in America were teaching anti-western hatred ideology. It interests me greatly that we are monitoring radiation emissions of these same Mosques. It also makes me glad this is being done. The threat of radical Islamic attacks is very real. And there are many signs that it might happen sooner than many think, and be far worse than they imagine. If it happens, if they pull off a coordinated attack, there will be nobody to assist the US as they will be extremely busy attempting to deal with their own problems. The Muslim population of the UK is much greater per capita than here in the US and simple geographic differences will make their possible plight much worse than ours, but the fact, IF this should happen will be that we will all be in deep trouble.
It's better to keep yourself a little on the edge of the knife about this than to become complacent. The threat is real, world events could trigger a blowout of this at any time.
Me? I would rather be ready.

Its a good one. Who really believes that Bush started on Saddam because he(sadman)killed a load of kurds...... not me anyway,it was a good excuse to take control of one of the biggest oil producing nations. Terrorists,, The American view in General seems to be that they are the guideline in the human race and everyone should aspire to being a good american like citizen. All other cultures in their eyes are odd, in one way or another.Id feel more terrorised by a load of gum chewin arrogant hicks totin m16s than all the iraqis theyre "saving". The terrorism threat today is more a threat of retalliation for all the so called 'clean strikes made on Iraqi targets' whats clean about blowin half a town away cos its suspected some guy theyre after lives there. Why not just use knockout gas then they can handcuff the 'bad guys' & let the kids go.Who are the real Terrorists. does a non American see Iraqis as a threat, if not why not; because theyve not done anything to fear retribution for.....

President Bush has successfully generated an terror-tsunami so large that when it unexpectedly crashes down on us it will make 9/11 look like a hang-nail.
Bush may have sentenced 10s of millions of Americans to their deaths. Another job royally screwed-up by Dubya.

hey, I believe you're on the right track ! just think- how many terror deeds have there really been since 911 ? in the US, that is.And do you really consider bush and pals so clever they could figure out terror acts BEFOREHAND- they weren't too impressive about Katrina, were they now ?
Personally I never believed the 911 explanation of 19 arabs being able to highjack 4 airplanes blahblah- the real question, to my mind, was:who profits ?
how did the arabs profit ? can'r see they did.
so, what happened AFTER 911 ? Everybody knows: the Afghanistan war and the Iraq war, and lost of other nasty stuff like the Patriot Act etc.
Lots of stuff the Bush boys wanted to do anyway...

human beings contained in the US have a habit of immediately judging terrorists as evil, and that i'm no longer asserting terrorists acts are not evil, yet that view is incredibly simplistic. If a distant places skill invaded and occupied the US collectively as claiming to be liberators or something comparable, many human beings might soak up arms against the invader. lots of the governments contained in the midsection East attempt to sell off their coverage mess united statesonto the Western powers and vilify the US and Israel particularly. additionally, with wars like in Iraq, a lot of human beings's relatives contributors and acquaintances are killed, which understandably produces anger. a lot of human beings see terrorism for that reason as a justified reaction on condition that they have not got the skill to salary a typical war. additionally, as yet another respondent stated, many terrorists are additionally psychopaths (e.g., Osama bin encumbered) who hearth up outrage in others to sell their worldview by using violence. those types have an interest in terrorism by using their opt for for skill; thrill in seek of; and a super type of times dogmatic, authoritarian worldview.

Terrorism is exactly what has given George Bush all the power that he has today. Surely everyone has noticed that in virtually every speech he has given since 9-11, he has invoked 9-11 into the speech. He doesn't do it in reverence, he does it to build strength. Look at any pole. People "think" he is strong on terror. I think it is shameful that he has "pimped" 9-11 at every opportunity.
