There is a Motel 6 Right of North of the 60 (I'm not sure, but I think this is Interstate 60...it's a major freeway though) and off of Country Club in Mesa, AZ. It is right across the street from a sun splash and golf land but should have very reasonable rates and has very quick accesss to the cities you requested.

Once you head that .5 mile south from the hotel to the 60, you can go west to have acces to the 101 Freeway that goes both north to Scottsdale and then North Phoenix and then west to Peoria but also if you go South on the 101 you get to Gilbert, then more south to Chandler. If you just decide to take the 60 East, you go further into Mesa (for miles) and then eventually out to Apache Junction.

This Motel 6 is in a good area, close to a mall, gas stations, restaurants, fun&games and quick access freeways. There are also several other motels and hotels throughout Mesa along the roads: Country Club, Alma School, Dobson and then more west into Tempe. These were all North/South Roads, and then the Hotels are Ranging through Baseline Road all the way north to Brown Road.

Hopefully this helps and isn't too technical/boring!

Good luck!
