The only one I can think of that hasn't been mentioned here is This Can't Be Happening At MacDonald Hall by Gordon Korman. He wrote it as an English assignment when he was 12, and it was published when he was 13 or 14.

Amelia Atwater-Rhodes had her first book published when she was 14 (she found out it was accepted for publication on her 14th birthday, she wrote it when she was 13). It is called "In the Forests of the Night." She has published a book every year since, for more info you can check out wikipedia:

The author of Eragon, Christopher Paolini, wrote the book when he was 15. His parents first published it for him, until it was discovered by Alfred A. Knopf. Then it became a huge hit.

I wrote a novel at 15. But I didn't publish it.
After going back and reading it ten years later, I'm REALLY happy I didn't do that. Ugh, the embarrassment!

um, librarian... anne frank's diary was published posthumously. (written between ages 13-15, she was arrested at 15 and died before her 16th bday.)
All the ones I knew of have already been mentioned - but I stumbled across an interesting sounding book on searching - young author's guide to getting published. Contains advice as well as examples of young authors who have been published (including a short story stephen king wrote when he was 15.)
