You may want to ask the sweatshop workers in Saipan.

Hollister is a brand name for the Abercrombie & Fitch Co.. Much of Abercrombie’s clothing is produced in Saipan, a U.S. territory where workers in indentured servitude were found to be sewing garments with “Made in the USA” labels. Nearly 45,000 women workers in Saipan live and work bound by a contractual agreement that amounts to indentured servitude. Indentured servitude is bondage and enslavement forcing them to have abortions if they become pregnant and tosses them to the street when they don’t keep up to speed in the factories. These workers live in cramped, unsanitary barracks behind barbed wire so they can sew clothes twelve hours a day, seven days a week for billion dollar companies such as Abercrombie and Fitch (Hollister) and others like The Gap, J.C. Penney, and The Limited.

Abercrombie (Hollister) worker’s
wage in Saipan (1999): $3.05 or less an hour

Hollister is owned by Abercrombie & Fitch and if you havent noticed they have similar styles, but the major difference are the prices between the too... Hollister is like $10-$15 cheaper than Abercrombie... So compared to Abercrombie and most other preppy clothes stores, Hollister is the best deal for coolest styles...

The simple answer is yes, but you can find good sales there. Basically, Hollister was created as a cheaper version of Abercrombie & Fitch for the younger group of kids....in theory it was more for high school kids because they only wanted college kids shopping at Abercrombie & Fitch. Although it is a cheaper version, it is still quite over priced as the majority of mall clothing is. I have foundsome similiar styles of clothing at Target & Kohls. Hope this answers your question.

All clothing is overpriced. It all depends on your income though. I can't afford Hollister clothing even WITH a discount since they only pay me min wage, hah!

It depends what you are comparing it to. If you're comparing it to Target, then it is overpriced. If you are comparing it to Saks Fifth Avenue, then it is pretty cheap. Personally, I think it is a little overpriced but not by much.

definite she is. None of those call manufacturers are properly worth what they sell them for. They lead them to in different u . s .'s the place that's extra low fee and sell them right here for 10 circumstances the quantity. like it expenses them 4 dollars to lead them to in different 3 international international locations mutually as they sell them right here for 20-30 money. A rip off yet they understand you will spend the money for the call kind. i could desire to confess Im a sucker for Hollister!

Not really, it has a great selection of clothing, and is less expensive than A&F, I would say it is pricy, but not overpriced.
