I have had my xbox 360 for a little bit now and it worked for a little bit then all the sudden it freezes on every occasion i play, no matter what game i play it seems to freeze on me, i have tried to contact xbox by email about this problem on numerous occasions but they never seem to be able to answer the problem. So i am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and is there is anyway i can get a replacement xbox 360 because this one definently doesn't work!

Call the XBOX people and tell them the problem and they'll tell you what you can do.
You say you had it for a little, when you call ask to get it replaced but the warranty mus still be valid

Ryan,
I bought one from overstock.com recently and I popped in Call of Duty 3 and started playing and it was stinkin' sweet! However, I'm going through the training and the guy is talking and he just stops. Nothing. Totally frozen.
So I thought ehhh maybe my disc is scratched. So I pop in Gears of War and start playing it. Get about 10 minutes into it and BAM! It freezes too.

I called 1 800 4 MY XBOX and they made me go through some hoops (hard drive clean up, make sure your thing isn't overheating, etc)...and then they said alright. We'll send you a box and you just drop your 360 in and ship it back to us (prepaid...so you don't pay a dime shipping either way) and they'll fix it (or give you a new one) and have it back via UPS 3-day select shipping.

It's really awesome that they're taking care of us gamers like that. Out of all the people I know who have 360's, I'm the only one who got a faulty 360, so I think it's pretty rare. However, for the unlucky ones of us, Microsoft takes care of us.

So call them, and they'll do the rest.

Good luck! The only bad part is that you'll miss out on playing Gears of War for a week or so ;-)
