How long would it take to drive from Long Island New York to Phoenix Arizona, which would be a good route to take? Have any of you done this trip one way?

its takes about 37 hrs i have done it, its fun to see differents thing in the states i passed thru. i passed thru NY, PA, OH, IN, IL, MO, KS,CO, NM, and AZ

put in your destination and where you currently are...it will put to the middle of the place you are going if you don't know the exact address....
but to be more accurate state your address.....
from my use with mapquest it's really good unless you're going to a really small town...but even then it's worked pretty good...and you can choose if you want the fasted route or the fewest miles etc...

it depends on how long you want to stay at other places along the way- ie over night or a day trip in chicago etc. I would say it would be a week or two. It all depends on traffic, gas money, stops, weather. but relaly it woudl probalby be a week or over a week or so.
