My antibiotics I am taking are causing my egg white cervical mucus to be more abundant than ever. Do you think this will at all affect my chances of conceiving? The antibiotic I am taking is Macrobid which is a safe antibiotic to take if pregnant. So is this good that it is increasing my cervical mucus or is this a bad thing, it is really stretchy I can stretch it out about two and a half inches between my thumb and pointer finger. Also how soon after this discharged is noticed does it take to ovulate and what do you think my baby dancing patterns should be like? We baby danced last night once I seen the ewcm and I am wondering if baby dancing every night for the next week could be a good or bad thing.

THIS IS NOT A YEAST INFECTION
I KNOW IT IS NORMAL TO HAVE EWCM DURRING OVULATION
AND IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF MY QUESTION PLEASE DON'T ANSWER IT I WANT MATURE SERIOUS ANSWERS/OPINIONS ONLY

One of the purposes of cervical mucus - during the fertile period - is to sustain sperm in a healthy medium, to allow sperm to move freely through the cervix. Logically, there will be an increase in cervical mucus at ovulation, as well as a change in texture - the mucus becoming more pliable, "stretchable", and slippery.

Directly prior to ovulation, cervical fluid will increase greatly, and now the mucus will be semi-transparent, slippery, with the consistency of "raw egg white". This is your most fertile period and ovulation will take place at about this time.

As you approach ovulation, your cervical mucus will increase. First, there will be a moistness or stickiness to the mucus, as well as a white or cream-colored appearance.

At ovulation, the quantity of mucus will increase greatly and the appearance will resemble "egg whites", often semitransparent. The texture will become increasingly slippery and 'stretchable'. This is your most fertile time.

Following ovulation, the slippery quality of the cervical mucus will decrease and the mucus will become sticky and cloudier. Post-ovulatory dryness will also ensue.

Because sperm can live "so long" inside of you- you are best to have sex BEFORE you start to ovulate- because the window is so slim from when your body actually releases the egg (24 hours)... so your best bet is to make sure there is a nice supply of sperm in there a few days before you even start and then during....

good luck!

I'd say the increase is not a bad thing. You want the EWCM as it is a better environment for the sperm.

I would say to BD every day or every other day including ovulation day and the day after O since the egg is viable for 24-36 hours and sperm live for up to 3 days in fertile cervicle conditions.

The increase is definately good, the more the better, sperm thrive in that stuff. I am assuming you are sure that was not left over semen, esp since you stated how stretchy it was. By the abundance of it you should currently be ovulating. I would do the deed every day until it disappears.

Witchcraft is a device that anybody can use, a witch is somebody who makes use of that device. it relatively is utilized for many stuff, the cost you place on it relatively is bigoted and subjective... "harm" or "help... "stable" or "undesirable" at the instant are not absolutes... they be counted on judgement, opinion and adventure. in the experience that your a witch does it impact your loved ones spirtually, bodily, emotionally, and mentally? That relies upon on your loved ones and relies upon on the witch. it relatively is an somewhat beneficial factor if the witch protects and aids his/her kinfolk with witchcraft. -Scarlet
