Bleach and Trinity Blood are the two latest on Cartoon Network on Saturday nights. Also, check out Cowboy Bebop, which repeats all the time on CN as well.

I would also recommend FullMetal Alchemist and Naruto, especially because they are more mainstream and you can pick up the mangas, too.

you could watch some fansubs on www.youtube.com *fansubs are like free versions of the shows*
they have tons including naruto, bleach, fullmetal alchemist, cowboy bebop and trinity blood. otherwise cartoonnetwork and adultswim are my suggestions

First naruto is the best it is on cartoonnetwork every saturday starting at 8;30 to 9;30(2 episodes),there is also bleach,trinity blood,eureka 7(can't spell☻)
