Child Protective Services has an obligation to help you. The chances are that you are not making these allegations up, and if your mother does not believe you...protect yourself. "This is not your fault!" You need to contact the police, and than CPS. Please call the Nation Victims Resource Center @ 1 800 627 6872. If you feel that you cannot do this alone, email me through the link. I am a mandated reporter for the state of Oregon. Also, there is a National Center for Prosecution of Child Abuse. It is located in Fairfax, Virginia. The number is (703) 739-0321.

Your mom wont and on no account has. i think super unhappiness for you. yet you deserve protection. CPS may well be regarded up interior the telephone e book after which you be solid and brave to make that decision. It surely must be the terrific turning element your loved ones ever experienced, whether that is going to contain a super fee(in terms of lies being uncovered and different issues). in case you cant checklist to a therapist, checklist your subject to CPS. There are disaster Hotlines the place you should checklist your subject, too, because of the fact that your mom refuses to show you how to notice a counselor.

Tell your school counselor. If you don't have one, tell your teacher. Stay in for recess to talk, or ask to speak to him/her during lunch break or a free period. They will get you the help you need to protect yourself. I am assuming you have already told your mother and she has not responded? I'd talk to your mother, if you haven't, but still talk to the school counselor. This is not your fault, your mom should protect you.
