Syphisis pubis dysfunction is the most likely reason. This is where the pregnancy hormones in your body relax smooth muscle allowing the pelvis movement which aids your baby's journey into the outside world. Also the more baby's that you have the more times your muscles have stretched, this makes the elastictisity (sorry can't spell) less effective, meaning your stomach muscles don't support the baby as they would have done if it was your first, allowing the baby to be in uncomfortable positions for you. Also be prepared for the after pains!!!! The more children that you have the worse the after pains are, as your uterus has to work harder to get back to normal, increasing the pains. Because of the syphisis pubis dysfunction don't give birth in the supported sitting position this is because you have to abduct your legs for the baby to come out, kneel on the bed resting your body over the back of an upright bed, or hands and knees on the floor, much better for the pain. If you are suitable for a water birth do this as the water helps to support your abdomen which in turn supports your baby, making the syphisis pubis pain less. I hope this helps.

probably Syphisis Pubis disfuction a long name for a pain in the pubic ligaments but thats what it is im 38 weeks and suffering badly with this, basically with larger babies they stretch the ligaments too fast for thier growth and so results in a discomfort experiance the best thing i can advise is sleeping with a pillow between your legs and 2 paracetamol < which are the only thing that is safe during pregnancy> every 4-6 hours dont exceed 8 doses in a day i hope this helps you as it has me

yes! The baby is probably lying on your sciatic nerve.
I had this with my son & the pain was so bad I couldn't walk and ended up with crutches. The Dr referred me for physio but by the time I got the appointment I had had the baby!

yup, this is my first and I've had horrible hip pain. My doctor said it was just the way the baby was sitting and putting pressure there. It sucks!
