You should either let them hang dry or lie them flat to dry.

Be sure to wash first in cold water in a gentle cycle. Then hang dry or lay flat to dry. When jeans are dry in a day or two you can put them in a low dryer with a dryer sheet so soften them up.

I had to master this with my daughters jeans. I wash them in cold then throw them in the dryer for 3 minutes to get out the wrinkles then hang them to dry. This works well. I havent had to replace a pair of jeans in years!! Good luck

I dry mine for about 15 minutes on low, and then I hang them up to dry the rest of the way.

I have finally figured this out after shrinking mine like crazy!
Wash them in cold water with a fabric softner (downey ball) in the washer instead of using a dryer sheet (bounce sheets) in the dryer
Then air dry them

Use the lowest heat setting your dryer has.
You can't air dry jeans, unless you want to wear something that feels like plywood.

There's this button I press called Perm Press which doesn't shrink my jeans plus I don't use, too much washing soap.

you can dry them for a little while (i.e. 20 minutes) to get the excess moisture out. however, this isn't a perfected concept, so i would just air dry them with a fan nearby.

hang them out side, put the dryer on low or gentle really if there expensive there whould be instructions on the tag of the pants, and if you really want to be carefull about it tack them out to dry cleaning.
