I hope your using a "desktop" computer. If you forgot the BIOS password there is no backdoor for it, you cant use a hacking boot disk or anything because Power On Self Test (POST) would not even have initialized yet.

If you know how to take apart a computer, you will need to un-plug it, open up the computer and look for what looks like a tiny thing watch battery. Take it out, wait for about 5-10 minutes, put it back in, and it will reset your entire bios settings, including the password.

NOTE: THIS WILL REMOVE ALL BIOS SETTINGS. So please be sure you somewhat know how to re-configure it. Most cases the BIOS itself can self detect most all the hardware, but sometimes it doesn't detect or put the setting back right.
