Since it is for a Christmas pic than the ~RED~ would be best because your hair and your eyes are so dark the color will bring them out.

woman, you are going to be of colour! So why do not use the terrific colorations to come out your skins. colorations like golds, bronzes, army blues, black, browns, plums, and deep reds will definetly make you seem eye-catching. stay far off from super-bright colorations, those artwork greater helpful for lighter human beings

totally the red or green forget the blue. it's christmas blue isn't even a christmas color.

It depends on the intensity of the color and your skin tone, but I would say a ruby red, or emerald green would really look good.
