Based on your answer, I think you want to know about a person's favorite... but the question is about the most powerful in battle from all three of these universes. The most powerful character I've read about is Marvel's The Beyonder..
He is God... or as god-like as any character ever created. With but a thought, he could have destroyed the entire Marvel Universe and recreated it seconds later. He could create a planet with 6 billion Wolverines and Wolverinettes if he wanted.
In the story line, he took Death's ability away - so nothing in the entire universe could ever die (not human, animal, plant, etc). He could create life from death and vice-versa.
Unlike other god-like creations, he remained an active participant because of his intense curiosity - which is something that is lacking in other god-figures.
He could go forward and backward in time and perform anything imaginable or unimaginable.
In theses Universes, there are levels of powers or tiers. The Beyonder is an Upper Tier character (the highest Tier possible). Guys like Spiderman and Wolverine are in the fourth or fifth tier. People like Silver Surfer and Dr. Strange are between these tiers. Batman, for example, is in a tier lower than Wolverine because he has no superpowers.
Because the question is a bit vague and involves everyone, my money is on the Beyonder.

superman. he's immortal, indesructable and one of the few who could just blow up the planet where this battle started and eliminate most competitors. not my favorite hero, because he is so powerful to begin with. faster than light travel, super intelligent and spent most of his time chasing purse snatchers. a few others to consider are ones like dr. strange. if he let go he could alter reality completely and destroy everything as we know it. too many god like villians
