take off your shirt & use as a parachute. But unless very tall building you won't have time, and unless landing in water, probably won't help. This might be enough to save you if you fall from an airplane
into water or deep snow.

If the building were high enough, you start falling slowly, accelerate at 32 ft/sec/sec (9.8m/s/s) until you reached terminal velocity. This depends on your mass and shape (spheres reach the highest terminal velocity).
Then you'd go splat as you hit the ground. Bits of you might bounce up againand fall back to the ground.
If the building were close enough to deep water, you dive in and resurface, which would be a much better outcome for you.

Land feet-first with weight of body slightly foward, knees bent, legs braced , arms out, prepared to roll upon impact. If you have any chance of surviving at all, this would be the best posture to take. Depending on the ground, survival from multi-story falls is possible.

It depends on the height of the building. Two maybe three stories I've got a chance to survive. If it was a high rise, I'd have time to aim myself at a passer by. Not to break my fall, just because it would be a cool storie for my victims family to tell.

I'd probably be hollering like hell and flailing away with my arms...and conclusively prove once and for all whether it's possible for a human to fly.
