Has anyone ever done business with New York Literary agency? I want to know if they are credible.?

I wanted to know if anyone has ever had a manuscript accepted by them and if things went well in their publishing endeavors. To make a long story short I want to know if they are credible?

try a book called "writer's market"...it's a reference book to publishers and agents all over the world.
