I called Microsoft Guys .. they say u cant copy and past a border in word .. but here is what u have to do to add a border to your document :

1. Open the Word Document.
2. From the Main menu at the Top choose FORMAT
3. then Borders and Shading
4. Click on the "Page Border" tab
5. You will find all sort of borders in this tab .. if u wants shapes click on the "Art" drop down list .
6. After you choose the Art shape u want u can control the size by pressing on "width" .

Word? Page Border? Piece of cake.

Open a Word document.
click Format
cl Borders and Shading
cl Page Border
cl the Box button
On the bottom where it says "art", click the down arrow to select a border.
cl o.k.

If you just want a lined border, click Box, then select a line border.
