Tottenham's 5-1 win today inspired this question and i just started to wonder what was the biggest goal difference or even just the most amount of total goals scored in one priemership match.

the biggest margin of a Premiership victory is 9 goals during the 1994-1995 English Premier League season when Manchester United thump Ipswich Town 9-0 at Old Trafford, Manchester on 04 March 1995. Andy Cole created a piece of Premiership history, scoring 5 goals in this fixture.

the most amount of goals scored in a Premiership match is also 9 goals, such as Nottingham Forest 1-8 Manchester United during the 1998-1999 season & the London derby between Tottenham Hotspur & Arsenal at White Hart Lane which Tottenham Hotspur lost narrowly to Arsenal, 4-5 a few seasons ago.

The biggest winning margin in Premier League history was when Man U beat Ipswich 9-0.

The most number of goals in a match is also 9. This has happened several times with different scorelines. The ones I can remember are:

Man U 9 Ipswich 0
Nottingham Forest 1 Man U 8 (1998/1999 season)
Tottenham 7 Southampton 2 (1999/2000 season)
West Ham 5 Bradford City 4 (2000/2001 season)
Tottenham 4 Arsenal 5 (2003/2004 season)

The highest Prem score is Man U 9-0 Ipswich.
Andy Cole was the first player to score five goals in a Premiership match, for Manchester United vs. Ipswich in the 1994/95 season. The final score was 9-0, which is also a Premiership record for the biggest victory/defeat.
Liverpool only scored 8 against Palace.

Can't find the info you're asking for, but according to Wikipedia, the game between Manchester United and Ipswich Town on 4th March 1995 holds the record for the biggest home win difference in a Premiership match. The scoreline was Manchester Utd 9 - Ipswich Town 0.
