Don't cut urself off of any food, cuz u'll likely end up pigging out on it later, instead, just keep everything in moderation, like 1 cookie not 10, but still allow urself that freakn cookie :P
Make urself more active. Like when cleaning, throw a little dancing into it. I find doing an hour of dance every other day and walking for 40 minutes 5 times a day and living in moderation has helped me lose all of my baby weight, plus some. I'm 3 sizes down from when I was at my lowest weight 10 years ago. Look at what u're putting into ur body.
Your body is an engine and needs proper fuel. Make sure the food u're eating is beneficial and not harmful. And if u can't pronounce it, don't eat it :S
