2. HE TOOK THE TV AND COMPUTER OUT OF MY ROOM JUST BECAUSE I SLAPPED MY MATH TEACHER
3.HE WONT BUY ME A XBOX 360
4.HE WONT LET ME GET MY NEW GAMING COMPUTER FIXED
5. HE ACTULLY THREATENED TO SPANK ME WITH HIS HAND
6. HE WONT TAKE ME TO THE NEW AMUSEMENT PARK

Sounds like you think he's mean just because you dont get your way all the time. And if I slapped my teacher, I would get a lot worse than my tv and computer taken away. Why don't you learn to not be a brat and maybe he will start appearing nicer.

Um, ok. You need to grow up a bit. And stop typing in ALL CAPS. Think about why he has set down these restrictions. For example, is there an age restriction for riding in the go-carts by yourself? Is it expensive/unsafe or some other reason? Why did you slap your math teacher?? Normal people don't slap other people. What good can possibly come out of it? Can you explain why you were arguing with your teacher? I think no tv and computer is an appropriate punishment. I think I'll stop here...sigh.

Sweetie you are getting ready to go through puberty and that's alot 'meaner' than anything your dad has or hasn't done! Trust me, if you think that life isn't fair now just wait until your hormones start pushing you around. XBOX 360 and all the other petty complaints you have right now are going to pale in comparison. Your scope of life is clouded with selfishness and rebellion. If you slapped an adult then your father should have done something worse than take some toys away! I would have made you do community service feeding the poor kids that will never be as spoiled as you are.

I hope this is a joke because if you are the type of children that are being brought up in this world we are in big trouble. Go carts, amusement parks, computers, TV's, rolex's those are privelages not rights. Give your father a benefit of the doubt. He might not allow you to do some time stuff that you want, there should be a reason of it. he might scare that you lost control go-carts and so on. you can tell to you step mom and get some advise from her.
if you think that He was very unreasonable don't fight back instead be show him that you actually a responsible 12 year old guy.
