Then, officially, a person will only age one year every four years. Physically, of course, they keep on growing the same as everyone else. They usually celebrate their non-leap year birthday on February 28 or March 1.
I had this friend in high school that was born on February 29, 1976. When asked how old she was, she'd grin and say, "I'm only four years old!" People would tell her quit telling such an obvious lie and she'd pull out a small copy of her birth certificate that she kept with her and say, "Read it and weep!" So, even though she was 16 at the time, officially, she really was four years old. (Funny story, though...later on that year, a few of us went to a show that was for the younger kids and they offered coloring books and crayons to anybody under the age of 7. Anyone that was older than that who wanted them was SOL. So, my friend just flipped out her birth certificate, said, "Give me the coloring book and crayons. I'm four." and they couldn't really argue with that. Being born on a leap year is a good loophole. Although it's gotta suck if you want to go into an R-rated movie and have to show ID.)

I think you just stick w/ the age 16 instead of 4. My math teacher's brother was born on the 29th of feb. If i was born on feb 29th , i'll be treated like a kid.

well, your birthdays would always be celebrated, and u would still get presents and stuff.. the only weird thing is that u don't have like a "real" birthdate every year.
